请问能帮忙看看这个petct报告吗？需要放疗吗？
目前诊断：左肺上叶癌术后3月余，术后病理：浸润性非粘液腺癌，3级，伴高级别腺癌（＞ 20%实性，微乳头及复杂腺体），气道播散(+) ，p.T1bN2，IIIA期，基因检测：EGFR L858R突变，卡铂+培美曲塞术后4周期，结疗已经12天，于2月11日做了petct。手术段切，2枚淋巴结转移，只清扫了四组淋巴结。想问下这份报告需要注意什么？
需要进行放疗吗？
